PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to secure your project and start work.
Remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files or website launch.
Payments can be made via HoneyBook, PayPal, or other approved methods.
Late payments may delay project delivery.
REVISIONS
Each package includes a set number of revisions (outlined in your proposal/contract).
Additional revisions beyond your package may be billed at $80/hour.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your deliverables.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel after work has started, you’re responsible for payment for any completed work.
Completed projects are generally non-refundable.
TIMELINE & DELIVERY
Project timelines are outlined in your contract and depend on timely client feedback.
Delays caused by the client (late responses, content, or approvals) may extend timelines.
Final deliverables are provided in digital formats (PDF, JPEG, website files, etc.).
CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information and project details are kept confidential.
We may showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and social media, unless you request otherwise.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Once full payment is received, clients receive full rights to final deliverables.
Mady Rose Designs retains the right to use work for self-promotion, portfolio, and marketing purposes.
COMMUNICATION
Projects are primarily managed via email, Instagram or HoneyBook.
Timely communication helps keep your project on schedule.
