MADY ROSE DESIGNS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Mady Rose Designs! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. SERVICES

Mady Rose Designs provides branding and web design services, including but not limited to:

Custom branding (logos, brand boards, color palettes, font pairings)
Website design and development
Graphic design for digital or print use

All services are delivered as outlined in your proposal and contract.

2. PAYMENT

A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.
Remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final deliverables or website launch.
Payments can be made via HoneyBook, PayPal, or other approved methods.
Late payments may delay project delivery or incur additional fees.

3. PROJECT TIMELINE

Project timelines are estimated in your contract and depend on timely client communication and approvals.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing content) may extend project timelines.
MadyRose Designs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances.

4. REVISIONS & CHANGES

Each package includes a specified number of revisions (outlined in your proposal/contract).
Additional revisions may be billed at $80/hour.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving deliverables.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Deposits are non-refundable.
If a client cancels after work has begun, they are responsible for payment for work already completed.
Refunds for completed projects are generally not offered.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to final deliverables.
Mady Rose Designs retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, case studies, or marketing materials unless otherwise requested.
All preliminary designs, drafts, and concepts remain the property of Mady Rose Designs until final payment is received.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information, project details, and sensitive materials are kept confidential.
Client approval is required for any public sharing of materials beyond the scope of the project.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mady Rose Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our work.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee results, conversions, or business outcomes from using our services.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State], United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Illinois.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By working with MadyRose Designs or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
